Mourninghold - Shanty Town & The Great Mound

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Mourninghold - Shanty Town & The Great Mound map release! This 30x40 map features a massive hall with towering arches and statues that have been taken over by a camp that worships the great beasts that roam the hall. This group collects fallen heroes who perish in the halls and piles them onto what they call "The Great Mound". Once they have enough to keep the beast satiated, they ring the bell and hide while it consumes its offerings.

This map is perfect for an underground massive ruins taken over by all manner of vile creatures. Be sure to check out the other maps in my "Mourning Hold" series on my main shop page!

Variants

I've created 7 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Six of the color moods have a "no light" version without the torch light. The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This version has a playful yet creepy feel to it, focusing on darkening up the map while bringing out the deep colors.
Azure: A brighter version with light blue tones creates a sense of soft morning light pouring in.
Ghostly: An eerie green glow creates a haunted and ghostly feeling.
Gloom: This version focuses on toning down the map's colors and deepening the shadows.
Warm: This version is a good mix of light and warmth and focuses on the vibrancy of the colors used.
Night: The silvery moonlight twinkles over this map, creating a dark moonlight feel.
Verdant: For a more overgrown and wild feeling, this variant focuses on the greenery and vibrancy of the surrounding area.
