Burgomaster's Manor

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Burgomaster's Manor map release! This 40x30 map (20x20 for the wine cellar) features a large, opulent manor nestled in a pine forest. Perfect for a noble's mansion or even a haunted house! This map comes with the exterior, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and wine cellar maps for your players to explore.

The 1st-floor features the foyer flanked by long hallways leading further into the house. A small lounge and parlor allow visitors to be entertained while they wait to be greeted by the local lord. Passing through the parlor is a study with a roaring fireplace and wall-sized mirror leading into a sun room with lavatories. Dinner guests can enjoy a beautiful dining hall while the house servants work diligently in the kitchen preparing the meals.

If you are lucky (or unlucky...) enough to stay the night, there are plenty of guest bedrooms and accommodations on the 2nd floor. Including the Master of the house's grand bedroom!

Many come to the manor for its legendary wine collection, and down the stone stairs, you can find the cellar. Housing dozens of bottles of wine locked up in their own room, visitors can enjoy a sampling in the wine tasting room at the back.

Variants

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains various weather effects such as fog, rain, and sun rays. The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This version has a playful yet creepy feel to it, focusing on darkening up the map while bringing out the deep colors.
Sunny Day: A brighter version of the map focusing on a sunny and vibrant feeling.
Ghostly: An eerie green glow creates a haunted and ghostly feeling.
Gloom: This version focuses on toning down the map's colors and deepening the shadows.
Warm: This version is a good mix of light and warmth and focuses on the vibrancy of the colors used.
Night: The silvery moonlight twinkles over this map, creating a dark moonlight feel.
