Basugaal, father of the goblin races, once cut a path of destruction across the earth – until the river god Osiminal finally ended his reign of terror. The goblin god long ago swore vengeance on his rival and seeks to resume his rampage once more, this time while Osiminal is at his weakest.
Now, as the marsh-dwelling villagers of Haver’s Fen prepare for a lunar festival, a hobgoblin warlord called Tanek Vorr has assembled an alliance of goblinoids. The ambitious hobgoblin believes he has found the key to reviving his slain god, and he will stop at nothing to bring forth Basugaal and be rewarded as his prime champion.
