You never know what NPC your players are going to latch onto. Be ready with a library of unique tokens for whatever your players may throw at you.
If there's anything I have learned from running my own games it is that players will find an ally or friend in the most unlikely of places. Someone I mention in passing they suddenly take an interest in. The internet has plenty of name generators and you can easily pull a character sheet out of the compendium. But do you want their new favorite follower to look the same as every commoner in the game? Give them a portrait that matches their personality. Or a personality that matches a random portrait -- I am not one to judge. Use mods (APIs) like TokenMod to quickly link to the character sheet, hitpoints, and other important stats after you pull one of these tokens out of your art library.
Enlarge. Every token in this set is designed to fit into a 1x1 square when you drop it onto the VTT but the resolution of the image allows you to increase the size to 3x3 before you would see a quality drop off. So don't be afraid to cast that enlarge spell!
