Maybe an important NPC or a quest-giver lives in a hut here, as I included in 2 variations. Or is it a dangerous hermit/retired pirate waiting for the party to spice up his dull days?

I suggest you use the gridless variants of the maps so you can scale the map per your need - make islands smaller or bigger - it's your game!
