Hi everyone, and welcome to The City of Scarsnik map release!

This 60x60 map was featured in the Lunch Break Heroes adventure "Sleepless in Scarsnik" (Which you can find here). This medium-sized city map features many tightly packed buildings protected by a large wooden palisade wall. Often, traders will pass by the central streets here and set up their wares for sale, with permission from the local guild, of course!

This map will allow for you to create city streets, alleyways, and rooftop encounters for your games. Chasing a thief down the tightly packed alleyways or fleeing the local guards from roof to roof (much to the annoyance of the residents below!)

I've created 12 different core variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. The variants included in this pack are:

Variants

• Day: The standard daylight version of this map with beams of the day's sunlight and torches on the walls
• Dusty: This variant creates a dryer, dustier version of the day map
• Warm: Giving off Fall vibes with a warm and cozy mood to this one
• Rain: A deluge of water pours from the skies to soak your players and reduce visibility
• Night: The city is lit with street lamps and ambient light from the various buildings
• Night - No Fog: Same as the night version but without the fog
• Night - No Fog - No Lights: I've removed the effects from this one, giving you a chance to add your own lights or even run an abandoned and spooky nighttime encounter
• Night - No Lights: To add the spooky, abandoned city vibe, the fog creeps into the dark alleyways. What lurks in the shadows here?
• Gloom: Perfect for your dark fantasy-themed campaigns, this map darkens up the map and enhances the shadows
• Ghostly: An eerie green, ghostly glow permeates into the skies on this variant!
• Cold: A howling wind and chilly, crisp air fills this cold variant
• Cold with Snow: Same as the cold variant but with snow effects
