Battle map dimensions - [13 x 19 squares]
Suggested grid scale - 1 square = 5 ft
This Japanese Garden cyberpunk battle map continues on from my previous map "Koi Hotel" and "Yakuza Bathhouse".
This garden is small and is tucked away within the atrium of a larger building structure. The tranquil streams and strip pond flow around the edges of the enclosed space while at its center rests a singular cherry blossom tree. This map is perfect for upper societal class (elite) meetings and also for games such as "Tokyo: Otherscape" - think the Bancroft garden from the Altered Carbon series.
Zen Garden
This battle map variant opens up the center of the space, by incorporating a sand zen garden. A good option to use for when your players seek a figure of wisdom or some peace and tranquility, away from the non-stop bustle of the city.
Obsidian Ring
Highly inspired by Ghost in the Shell's SAC_2045’s storyline, this map variant sets a cult worship scene. Many of these obscure sites of worship have been popping up all over the city at the back of buildings and in side alleys, spurred on by a mysterious Netrunner who's identity is still unknown even to the cult's zealots. The Netrunner calls himself/herself "Obsidian" and aims to merge the minds of all into a single consciousness.
