This 3 level gothic manor has many hidden passage ways and secrets abound. The rooms are large but have a Poe-like despair about them. Something about the moon light, the shadows and the creaking floors. Enjoy all of its detail with this synopsis:
Fredrick Everstone, Duke of New Haven, is known for his ale worldwide. It is this gem that has brought trade and commerce to the small port town which reprieved their impoverished state and hoisted them into the lime light.
He has taken up residence into an old gothic manor. The heavy stone building sits perched high on a hill, looking down at the bustling town, while Everstone remains clueless to the dangers closing in around him.
It's been 25 years since Allister Fillburn murdered his father, the original family owner of the manor.
Now a man, Allister has escaped the Asylum, hellbent on gaining back his families estate. He has gathered unsavory sell-swords and rogues. Stealing wine supplies from taverns nearby, strong arming locals, and spying through the secret passageways of the manor that only he knows.
Allister lies in wait until the time is right to strike down Everstone and reclaim the estate for his own.
Everstone hires the heroes to investigate the troubles which eventually lead them back to a masquerade party at the manor. It's time to race against the clock to solve the mystery before Allister breaches the walls, destroys the factory and kills Everstone.
