3) Luxurious apartments at middle floor, helipad at roof, shops and cafes at ground floor. One mysterious apartment with shady guests, possibly something strange happening there.
Different apartments and living spaces for various city dwellers. Either you are young couple, free thinking artsy hipster, larger family or wealthy businessmen you can find something for yourself.
Or have some encounters, fights, spying missions, and leave all the destruction you cause to landlords and other people.
