101 uses for these seamless background fill textures. For those moments where you want some basic texture fill to cover a map. Pop down the black and white gritty texture for your dungeon-on-the-fly. Put down the blue or rust for the creepy factory. Pull out the aged parchment and paper for the murder victim's last note, the invitation to the party, the map to the treasure and the secret alchemy recipe.
This texture set has variations in blue, rust, yellow, parchment, paper for different effects and backdrops. Some are better for floor tiles, others are made for note backdrops or map backgrounds... combine the blue and yellow for land and sea, for example... and all of them are seamless, so you can cover as many squares as you need in the same texture.
All are squares, ideally used to cover no larger than 10x10 squares for good quality, infinitely looping. Use smaller for a floor tile fill, or larger for a single mysterious note. Download and use in any program when making mysterious notes for your players handouts, or drag and drop directly into Roll20 and use them on a map.
Great for spontaneous parties where you often end up drawing a map in the moment, upgrade from the plain white background to have a paper texture instead! Genre agnostic! Use the metal look and blue for modern settings, and the parchment and paper for fantasy settings, or follow your heart in a completely different direction and use the textures in your steampunk, cyberpunk, and more. Flexible texture kit with endless possibilities!
