Great treasure can be found deep below the surface by individuals brave enough to face the myriad dangers found away from the heat of the sun.
It is rumours of one of these ancient lost places that has brought you here.
Locals speak of a cave, where no-one dare go.
An old, ancient place filled with horror and danger.
It is said that a mad long-dead lord once designed a devious Labyrinthine dungeon to hold his wealth.
A few adventurers have ventured out into the wilderness to locate this hidden labyrinth, but either returned without finding it, or didn't return at all.

The Endless Labyrinth is an adventure designed to be played with the Dungeons and Dragons 5e ruleset, however can be adapted to other rulesets.
It is designed as a one-shot, or to be slotted into an existing campaign.

The dungeon will pose a challenge for parties of level 3 - 4.

It is designed to be a dungeon that favours problem-solving, and contains both puzzles and traps in abundance.
Monsters are few and far between by design in the upper levels, and can be avoided by canny adventurers.
The traps are designed to be dangerous but can be overcome with good thinking and a little luck.

As the adventurers delve deeper though the danger escalates and the foes become harder, culminating in a difficult boss battle with a wight. Adventurers will have to weigh up the risks of continuing, and facing escalating danger, or cutting and running with the loot they have collected throughout the dungeon.
After-all they can always come back later (although new inhabitants may have moved in).

The dungeon is dark by design. Dynamic lighting is on, but players will mainly be limited to light sources they bring with them once entering the dungeon.
The wealth contained within will make the difficulty of traversing the dungeon well worth it and set the adventurers up for higher level encounters.

The adventure contains 5 floors, including the entrance chamber, and a good mix of problem-solving, traps and combat.
