Hidden deep within the wilds, this fortified stronghold serves as the perfect refuge for ruthless bandits, rebel factions, or exiled warlords. Bandit Camps III presents a large, multi-level log fort, where the scars of conquest are still fresh—torn banners, shattered windows, and looted remains hint at a brutal past. Whether your players infiltrate, attack, defend, or negotiate, this map set provides a rich and dynamic environment for intense encounters.

Each of the three maps is available in day or night versions, and in seasonal variations for summer/fall or winter, allowing you to customize the setting to your adventure’s needs.

What’s Inside?
Ground Floor – The Bandit’s Stronghold
The fortified log walls surround an entry hall, a gambling-laden greeting hall, a kitchen, a pantry, and a kennel. A private garden—accessible only from inside—suggests that someone within values secrecy or self-sufficiency. Outside, spiked barricades, grisly trophies, and a looted wagon serve as a warning to outsiders. This is a place ruled by lawless steel and coin.

Second Floor – Twisting Hallways & Hidden Secrets
The second floor is built for defense and control, with reinforced doors and narrow, defensible corridors connecting the barracks, a grand dining hall, an armory, and the warlord’s throne room. An office filled with plans and stolen treasures hides a secret passage behind a bookcase, leading to an enclosed greenhouse—perhaps used for rare herbs, poisons, or something more sinister.

The Cellar – Dungeons, Tunnels, and the Depths Below
Beneath the fort lies darkness and escape routes. A grim dungeon with four cells and an interrogation chamber ensures prisoners don’t leave unscathed. A false wall hides cave tunnels leading deeper into the unknown—one tunnel emerges at a forest well, another leads to a great stone door hidden in a web-infested cavern, and a final passage provides an escape route far from the fort. What lurks beyond the sealed door? And who—or what—uses these tunnels?

Perfect for Raids, Sieges, and Secret Discoveries
Will your players storm the fortress, sneak inside under the cover of night, or uncover the hidden mysteries below?
