The road brings the characters of the players to the temple library. Having hardly opened the gate, they go inside. There is no one inside. Only cabinets, books and dust
(tips 1).
Having carefully studied the books, they understand that all the stories in them end the same way. The main characters rise to the second floor of the Temple of Knowledge, find an unfinished book with their history, take ink and a pen to add their fate.
On the second floor, the characters find such books for themselves. These magic books show the past of the character who first took it. Everyone who tries to write something in a book disappears with it, leaving only a haze in place. He is on another plane (or reality). Characters do not find another way to help each other out, except to all teleport through books.

The characters are still standing in their places, but the temple has changed. Among other things, books that were on the floor disappeared. Now in this temple are real books, such as can be found in any library. The books in which they tried to write also disappeared. On both floors there is a pedestal with a huge book. The text in it says that anyone who comes here remains to serve the temple voluntarily or dies. Sooner or later, the players have no choice but to try to leave the temple or spoil anything in it ... Mystical energy envelops the temple. Going into a sparkling fog is suicide. No one knows what chaos and pure energy will do with the fragile body of a mortal. Monsters crawl out of the windows. The battle begins.

Enemies are endless, they force the characters to retreat to the second floor. There they find their books open on the tables. The books say that they die under countless hordes of monsters. If they cross out the words or change them so that in the end they survive, then they teleport back.

Now that the magic of the temple has lost its power (albeit temporarily), the characters see that the temple has been looted. They can leave.
But will they allow the temple, catching unfortunate companions, to continue to look for ministers?
