Customizable Cartoon Characters is designed to allow players and GMs to easily create a wide variety of characters for their campaigns. Download the Image Files, then, using any image editing software with a layer system like "GIMP2" or "Fire Alpaca", layer the character bits on top of one another to easily create characters for your campaign. Then export as a Transparent .png File.
