A collection of massive maps for roadside encounters!

This pack contains 32 huge encounter maps (40x40 square each) that can be combined into a total of eight colossal 80x80 battle maps. King's road can be a site of various encounters, many of which may end in a fight. Some are planned, like when your players get attacked by bandits when escorting a caravan. Some are more difficult to predict and prepare for, like when your party of somewhat misguided but well-meaning murderhobos mistake a travelling fortune teller for a disguised hag and start a killing spree to dispose of evidence of their unfortunate mistake. For situations like this you need a map you can assemble quickly. In this pack you have a wide selection of roadside maps that will allow you to have something new for each encounter, without the need to reuse the same old map over and over. If 40x40 squares is not enough for the battle you are planning or if the combat shifts to the edge of the map, you can easily and quickly add an adjacent map that will blend seamlessly with the previous one.

Combining the maps is easy: each piece is 40x40 squares wide and has a capital letter and a number added to its name. If you follow the pattern presented in the preview images the maps will merge seamlessly together. So for example King's Road 01_A1 will have King's Road 01_A2 to its right and King's Road 01_B1 goes directly below 01_A1.
