Instructions:
I suggest using a program called "Tiled" for easier map making.
To setup, create a new map with Tile Size 136x136
Create a new Tileset based on a single image with Tile Size 136x136 and load the Tileset Image.
Once you are done with the map you can export it as a single image and import it to Roll20.
