Gothic City Slums

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Gothic City Slums map release! This map features a 30x40 area of a run-down "Slums" section of the Gothic City centered around a large gnarled oak tree. Some buildings are on stilts to keep from sinking into the perpetual mud here, while others are on crumbling stone foundations. Lines of laundry hang overhead, and the eyes of those who don't trust you peer at you from shuttered windows.

I included one interior location (top center house), and the Interior map also serves as a base layer so you can use the house facade overlay tile on top of it to utilize the full grid space.

Whether you're defending a town that does not have the means to defend itself, or making a new contact with the Thieves' Guild, this slums map will be perfect for your campaign!

Map Features

Grid Size: 30x40
Features a muddy slums with various buildings surrounding a large gnarled oak tree
One interior location and a "base" layer for the other houses (just a foundation in which you can place the building facade tile over)
Includes a house facade overlay tile as well as a tree top and clothing lines overlay so you can move tokens under these via the foreground layer
Contains a "No Light" version for the darker colors, so you can run it with or without the road lights on
Has six different color moods so you can match the map to the atmosphere you are trying to build!
Includes weather overlay tiles for fog, rain, and sun rays. Make it a beautiful morning with the Sunny Day color mood and Sun Ray weather, or make it moody and creepy with the Gloom color mood and fog weather.
