Hi everyone, and welcome to my Lothburgh: Deaver's Apartment map release! Welcome to Lothburgh! A Victorian / Industrial-inspired city where the streets are patrolled by clockwork constables, and electricity is the new magic. Some embrace it while others distrust this strange science.

This 18x20 features two variants of a Victorian-inspired apartment. The first variant is a "Ransaked" version with a massive hole in the ground and signs of a struggle. Great for a murder/mystery and figuring out who, or what, dug its way through from the lower floors.

The other variant is a standard variant for use with any of your Victorian settings. Whether you're investigating a missing person, strange cult symbols, or just need a cozy setting to host some RP sessions, this map will be sure to set the proper mood for your session.

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains a standard and ransacked version of the apartment, each with and without lights. The variants included in this pack are:

The Witching Hour: Twilight dread with an arcane chill. Great for dark fantasy or paranormal encounters.
Sunny Day: A bright and cheerful version, focusing on a sunny and vibrant aesthetic to give a warm, inviting feel.
Cold Iron: Industrial blues and greys for a harsh, metallic tone.
Gloom: This version tones down the map's colors, deepening the shadows to evoke a somber and moody environment.
Smog & Soot: A true industrial haze hangs heavy.
