Hi everyone, and welcome to my Seaside Mansion map release! This 35x45 map is a lavish estate of a wealthy coastal shipping magnate. This sprawling seaside mansion offers a perfect setting for intrigue, diplomacy, or deception. Perched atop a bluff overlooking the harbor, the estate includes richly furnished rooms, a private dock, and a lush courtyard vineyard— ideal for both noble gatherings and secret dealings.

Whether your adventurers are attending a high-society banquet, investigating suspicious activity, or planning a daring infiltration, this map provides tons of possibilities across multiple floors. The interior includes a grand dining hall, study, bedrooms, and servant quarters, while the exterior features a gated entrance, stables, small vineyard, an overlook to the harbor, and access to the private dock below.

Variants

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains various weather effects such as fog, rain, and sun rays, as well as a "no lights" version of each color. Additionally, I created a version with and without the blur on the exterior map for the ocean so you can use maps for either an "upper view" of the ocean (blue) or a "bottom view" (non-blur). The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This variant evokes a playful yet creepy atmosphere, with deep, darkened hues that bring out the rich colors of the map.
Sunny Day: A bright and cheerful version, focusing on a sunny and vibrant aesthetic to give a warm, inviting feel.
Ghostly: Bathed in an eerie green glow, this variant creates a haunted and spectral ambiance.
Gloom: This version tones down the map's colors, deepening the shadows to evoke a somber and moody environment.
Warm: A balanced mix of light and warmth, this variant enhances the map's vibrancy with rich, inviting colors.
Night: Illuminated by silvery moonlight, this version creates a serene yet mysterious nighttime setting.
