Waypoint 39 is like a large "truck stop" in space, it offers a wide variety of services. Ships can refuel, resupply, and repair if needed. There is a large food court, a bar, several shops, and even a small clinic. On the seamy side, there is a gambling hall, a fight club, and a motel that doubles as a brothel. An arcade and convenience store round out the public side of the facilities.
Behind the scenes, the bridge and security are at the top of the station, engineering and utility levels lie beneath the main deck, and a docking ring is at the bottom. In addition to a trio of one-man repair drones, the station has a shuttle for ferrying passengers to and from ships. There is ample external parking for small craft, a bay for the aforementioned shuttle, and a few docking points/air locks for larger ships. Whether you're here for business, pleasure, or just passing through, there's something for everyone at Waypoint 39!
