The Spider Pit is a claustrophobic and eerie encounter map set deep within a cavernous lair. Multiple tunnels lead into a shadowy central pit, though some lie blocked by ancient rockfalls, and a narrow walkway clings to the upper rim, lit by scattered lamps. Whether your party is investigating a long-abandoned nest, battling a massive arachnid horror, or descending into a twisted research site, this map delivers atmosphere and tension in spades.

This pack includes a Main Map and 9 unique variants, all available in light and dark versions, in both gridded and gridless formats (20 maps total!)

Variants:
• Main Map (Light and Dark): A central pit surrounded by narrow ledges and tunnel mouths, dimly lit by scattered lanterns, or left in total blackness for maximum dread.
• No Fog (Light and Dark): The concealing mists are gone, revealing every crack, crevice, and web-strung horror below.
• From Above (Light and Dark): The tunnels are sealed, the only way in or out is from above. A vertical descent into darkness.
• Research Site (Light and Dark): Iron bars block the tunnel mouths, and a makeshift camp with notes and tools suggests arcane experiments or biological horrors were once conducted here.
• Haunted: A spectral green light glows from the depths, twisting the shadows into something unsettling and ghostly.
• Demonic: The pit burns with a hellish red hue, making the rocky walls feel like a gateway to the Abyss itself.
