A talented (potentially dangerous) loner lives in a nice, two-bedroom apartment. Are they influencing elections by spreading disinformation? Preparing to launch a devastating cyberattack that will bring the economy to its knees? Trolling for the lulz?
The base map is this Modern Hacker's pad. Nice, but messy; with a dedicated work room and racks of parts and machines throughout.
The next map is Vintage Cultist, with lots of alchemical equipment mixed in with the books of unspeakable eldritch lore.
The racks are mostly empty and the remaining gear is likely useless when we get to the Abandoned variation.
You netrunners can get jacked-in with the Cyberpunk map.
The Technomancer variation is where magic and machines get mixed together.
There are also three variations that are ordinary apartments: a Modern Ordinary, a Vintage (1920/30s) Ordinary, and Empty. For when you need a basic location for your adventures.
