Lake Duskfall

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Lake Duskfall map release! This 40x100 map is a huge release! It comes with the following core map variants totaling 105 different map configurations:

Boat House: This version contains both a boat house and a fishermen's hut. I've included both exterior and interior versions of both
Shore Only: I also created a version without the buildings and just the shore so you have more versatility in how you use this map
No Boat Version: Every map variant has a version without the boats so you can use the included boat .png files as tokens to move around the map
Boat Token: I've included two boat tokens to use with the map. One is a forward perspective while the other is a side perspective so they fit nicely with the map's style.

This map's area is a huge 40x100 grid so focusing mostly on the water so you have plenty of room to maneuver the boats, run all sorts of water-based encounters, and have room for exploration. Whether your heroes are defending a shoreline village from the threat of horrible lake monsters, or pursuing a villain as they make their escape via rowboat on the dark murky waters, you'll be sure to find inspiration for your encounters with this map!

Variants

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains various weather effects such as fog, rain, and sun rays as well as a "no lights" version of each color. The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This variant evokes a playful yet creepy atmosphere, with deep, darkened hues that bring out the rich colors of the map.
Sunny Day: A bright and cheerful version, focusing on a sunny and vibrant aesthetic to give a warm, inviting feel.
Ghostly: Bathed in an eerie green glow, this variant creates a haunted and spectral ambiance.
Gloom: This version tones down the map's colors, deepening the shadows to evoke a somber and moody environment.
Warm: A balanced mix of light and warmth, this variant enhances the map's vibrancy with rich, inviting colors.
Night: Illuminated by silvery moonlight, this version creates a serene yet mysterious nighttime setting.
