Dragon Ruins

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Dragon Ruins map release! This 40x30 map features a small island with long-forgotten ruins of an ancient dragon cult. This island has been shrouded in mists for centuries and some say no cartographer was ever able to add this location to any known map successfully. However, should your party of intrepid adventurers discover its secrets and place a fresh dragon heart in the ceremonial bowl, perhaps they too can harness these long forgotten dragons' powerful and brutal powers. But some say with the power of the dragon blood coursing through their veins, it might be too much to handle and any mortal who dabbles with such forbidden magics risks being turned into a fiercesome dragon and will lose all memory of friends and loved ones. Perhaps some places are better left forgotten...

Variants

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains various weather effects such as fog, rain, and sun rays as well as a "no lights" version of each color. The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This variant evokes a playful yet creepy atmosphere, with deep, darkened hues that bring out the rich colors of the map.
Sunny Day: A bright and cheerful version, focusing on a sunny and vibrant aesthetic to give a warm, inviting feel.
Ghostly: Bathed in an eerie green glow, this variant creates a haunted and spectral ambiance.
Gloom: This version tones down the map's colors, deepening the shadows to evoke a somber and moody environment.
Warm: A balanced mix of light and warmth, this variant enhances the map's vibrancy with rich, inviting colors.
