Waiters shoulder charge through doors and snatch steaming plates sat waiting on scuffed counters, yelling feedback and insults at the throng of chefs churning around the ovens and appliances.
A roaring blast of frosted air bursts from the freezer as someone retrieves some kind of chilled protein, elegantly sidestepping barrels of broth and jugs of juice before slamming the metal door and diving back into the organized culinary riot.

Once a week,. the kitchen receives a massive delivery from the back entrance of the kitchen. A clever way to get in unnoticed?
