The statue in front of your party let's them know that they need to destroy the light as their last trial. Not doing so will anger the master. Destroying the statue will end the god of light. The god of light is sealed, so she cannot take action in helping the party. (You can change this, but it isn't advised since it takes away the spotlight from your party.)
However if the party decides to fight the god of light, the master will undo the seal and she can fight the party.
You may ask what happens if the party tricks the master into freeing the god of light. In this case depending on your playstyle the god of light could either join them in the fight against the master or she could be too weak to do so.
This is the final fight... or when the deal is made. The players can decide to take on the master and free the god of light of his control, or they can accept his offer and take over the dungeon, becoming the new masters.
Optional: There could be only one master, and if the players want to accept his deal, they need to fight until only one remains alive.
With this optional scenario, the players could also trick the master into granting them wishes before the deal, since they are already committing by slaying their own party members, however, this could of course be faked.
This pack also includes a lot of rest variants. These are the maps in-between each floor of the dungeon.
