Hi everyone, and welcome to my Well Bottom & Cavern map release! This 20x20 map features a key fantasy location that is extremely versatile in any city map or old well you might be running.

I've created the bottom edge of the descending well into the pool of water below. There, you will find a small break in the wall, which leads further into the groundwater below. Your players will spot a small sandy shore, and that will lead further into a larger cavern tucked away in the back. This is a perfect map for a monster lair, a secret thieves' guild meeting, or even a way to hide and sneak into town once the guard shift changes!

Variants

I've created 7 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains a version with and without fog. The variants included in this pack are:

Dark Fairytale: This version has a playful yet creepy feel to it, focusing on darkening up the map while bringing out the deep colors.
Natural: A brighter version of the map bringing out the earthly tones and feel.
Ghostly: An eerie green glow creates a haunted and ghostly feeling.
Gloom: This version focuses on toning down the map's colors and deepening the shadows.
Warm: This version is a good mix of light and warmth and focuses on the vibrancy of the colors used.
Night: The silvery moonlight twinkles over this map, creating a dark moonlight feel.
Verdant: For a more overgrown and wild feeling, this variant focuses on the lush greenery and vibrancy of the surrounding area.
