Coastal Manor

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Coastal Manor map release! This 30x40 map features a two-story manor built near an ocean bluff and features three core maps; 1st floor, 2nd floor and roof level maps.

As you walk through the front gates and under the balcony overlooking the entry, you are greeted by a small foyer leading to a set of spiral stairs to the upper levels. To the right is an elegant smoking and drinking lounge, and to the left is another cozy den with a crackling fireplace to stay warm on those cold coastal nights. Enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the kitchen, and after, you can retire to an opulent two-story library and read to your heart's content!

The upstairs level has two cozy guest rooms with enough bed space for you to stay the night. View the strange and odd artifacts recovered by the owner of the home while you enjoy the cool beach breeze and the sound of the waves crashing against the bluff from a number of balconies around this breezy home.

Variants

I've created 4 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. Each variant contains a 1st floor, 2nd floor and roof level along with various weather effects as noted below. The variants included in this pack are:

Warm Sands: This version is a good mix of light and warmth and focuses on the vibrancy of the colors used. Comes with and without sun rays.
Ghostly: An eerie green glow creates a haunted and ghostly feeling, perfect for any Dark Fantasy campaign. Comes with rain and fog variants.
Gloom: This version focuses on toning down the map's colors and deepening the shadows. Perfect for any dark fantasy encounter! Comes with rain and fog variants.
Night: The silvery moonlight twinkles over this map with the reflection of the moon over the crashing waves. Comes with rain and fog variants.
