yup... I ran dry on names.... This patch of countryside however, is not dry

Somewhere, along a road that passes through a rocky, grassy plain, you get caught by an unexpected rainstorm... after a while, puddles form between the rocky outcrops. When the rain clears, you stop to dry your clothes out in the sun and maybe do a bit of washing and top up the water bottles, after all, it has been a while since you crossed the last stream....
The fresh new puddles however, have strange glowing lights in and around them... What are they? Is the water even potable? Are they temporary doors to another world? Or is it just sunlight reflecting off rare minerals that the rain has leached out of the soil? ... Or something else perhaps?

There are several map variations that can be used to phase your visit through time
... Before, during and after the rain, both with and without the trees and even into the night.

Size = 25x25 squares at 300px per square. Or 50x50@150px/square if you prefer
