Monster Lair - Frozen Cave

Hi everyone, and welcome to my Monster Lair - Frozen Cave map release! This 40x40 map is the 2nd in my "monster lair" series that gives you a good encounter map for a monster fight. It has plenty of elevation and areas to seek cover from whatever beastie you'll be throwing at your players. This frigid frozen cave has crystalline-like shards splintered from the walls with a frosted-over floor of reflective and frozen ice. Make the battle even more exciting by adding slipping conditions to the slick ice!

I've created 6 different variants to help you set the perfect mood for your encounters. The variants included in this pack are:

Variants

• Chill: A brighter, chilly version of this map with hints of blue reflected in the ice below.
• Banshee: This variant has blue and purple tones to create an undead or banshee-like feeling to its coldness.
• Dark Ice: A darker, colder variant with deeper blues and even darker shadows!
• Electric Ice: You can almost feel an electric pulse coursing through the icy floors of this variant.
• Ghostly: An eerie greenish hue is saturated on this map to create a haunted and ghostly feeling.
• Gloom: Using a mix of dark and cold on this map, I've created a foreboding atmosphere for your players.
