"The snow storm is extremely violent. You can barely see your hands if you hold them in front of your eyes! Suddenly you see a glimpse of a warm light. Perhaps a hearth nearby? A shelter? You can't believe your luck as you approach the tavern; an oasis of warmth in the snowy desert. You burst in through the doors into an extremely warm space. It is well lit, and busy. While you pat of the snow from your cloak, you notice everyone is staring at you and your friends. A thick layer of stinking smoke covers the ceiling. This isn't a tavern - it's a bandit's hideout! As you turn to leave, a hand grabs your shoulder."
