Or, if you are prefer, this inn can be found on my Trinpari City map - You can find it at the North end of the North Bridge - There are 2 buildings facing each other.... the Sane Bard's Inn is the one on the East side of the road... the other one is a rival Inn I have not mapped yet.
There have been some upgrades to the Sane Bard's Inn since the Trinpari map was drafted - The small building out the back was destroyed in a fire and they took the opportunity to add an extension onto the back of the inn, which is why the bathroom is only accessible to guests by walking through the tap room... they should have paid for the services of an architect!
There are 2 levels plus roof overlays:
Downstairs is the tavern, kitchens, staff accommodation, laundry/bathwater heating room and bathrooms.
Upstairs are several rooms of various sizes, some with one single, some with a double, some with bunk-beds and one larger apartment - the most popular room in winter is the one next to the chimney, which is why there are so many beds crammed in there!
