The wind blows fiercely along this narrow winding river gorge and lends it the name ‘Whistling Gulch’.
There are old ruins carved out of each side of the gulch that are only accessible for those with boats or good climbing experience.
These ruins are well suited to fill with restless undead, secretive cultists, a company of river outlaws or a clan of amphibious beast folk.
