The Dwarfen Style Coins
You get a downloadable generic coin set. They are the typical coins we all use. Gold, Silver, Copper, Electron and Platin or Whitegold.
Each of them comes with a front side and a back side while each of this sides will have 30 different coin styles. The size is about 500x500 pixels (size varies up to the rotation).

Use it like a cardgame and let your players pay in game.
Example: A healing potion costs 3 gold pieces? I pay it later...or with this system - the player can drop it on the table.
