Welcome to Tavern Holly Day. This is part 1 of 8 different versions of Tavern Holly Day. During this project I focused on the 8 major events of ancient Celtic/Nordic traditions. Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Midsummer, Lughnasadh, Mabon, Samhain and Yule. This pack includes all the items you need for your players to stumble upon a Tavern in the midst of a Imbolc celebration of light and life. When the very first specks of green begin to peek from beds of snow. It is also a festival for the Goddess who maintains hearth and home. The fireplace will be given extra attention during this time of year. Mantles and tables will be decorated with Bridey dolls and Braided wheat. Candles will be placed in every dark corner and the hearth will be constantly fed. This is a time to feast, enjoy the warm glow of the goddess and rejoice that you survived another dismal winter.
