63 Character Tokens creatively exploring the peasantry

This set of twelve unique NPC-themed character tokens works to visualize a frequently overlooked theme: peasants! While there's no reason your campaign's brass dragon can't be disguised as dwarven barkeep, generally these tokens are intended to act as non-combatants (or at best, casualties to be avoided). They make excellent set pieces for roleplay scenes, that classic bar fight, or to act as a liability when the BBEG finally launches their dramatic attack on the town. Each token comes in multiple variants to provide additional utility like swappable accessories, racial traits, and color schemes to make them into as many scenarios as possible. All together the set delivers a vibrant, eye-catching level of detail that is sure to impress your players and up the quality of your encounter's experience.

New peasant characters included:

Dragonborn Baker: This burly fella is big enough to wonder if he's ever seen some adventure of his own, but for now he only wields a rolling pin.
Gnomish Scribe: Hard to tell if his busy hands are creating poetry, taking inventory, or simply writing crude notes about his neighbors.
Half-Orc Laborer: A large barrel slung over one shoulder bears the crest of the company that employs him, he doesn't have time to chat.
Dwaren Barkeep: Busy tables and sloshing drinks! She'll stick around to schmooze for a bit, but gotta keep moving on.
Gnomish Miner: Her small stature give way to calloused hands, an excellent witness to the strange events in the mine outside town..
Drow Shopkeep: Her shady store interior is the best place in town for herbal remedies, strange flora, and powerful elixirs.
Tiefling Gossipmonger: Her finer attire hints at her aims of higher station, but her loose lips betray her fondness for drama.
Elven Merchant: A snooty expression and crossed arms implies this merchant does not think you are the kind of customer he's after.
Human Farmhand: Armed with either a pitchfork or lantern, you find him on the road as he needs help driving the owlbear away from the crops!
Human Elder: If you're patient enough to give her some company for an afternoon and listen carefully, you may just pick up on that vital clue.
Human Taskmaster: A begrudging attitude and disdain for his employees will not leave players eager to help investigate the recent fires.
Dwarven Gravedigger: Muddy boots and soiled palms are nothing compared to the stench of the dead, but he'll have a pint at the end of the day.
