I wanted to design a place where anyone could travel between the planes, just like they travel by train, or elevator, and thus the Planar Travel Station came to be.
The Planar Station is [34x44], and has 2 levels. The first level has a ticket booth, and spiral stairs that lead down to the lower level where travelers can wait for their party, and dive through portals to other planes.
There are variations set in different realms and planes. One station is floating in the Astral Sea, another in the Shadowfell. There are stations in the elemental realms of water, and fire, and one set in a grass field for the Material Plane. The set includes day and night versions for every setting.
