"Two warriors stood fast on this road and turned back a tide of undead threatening to overrun those fleeing from their farmsteads to the local township. Sadly both of them perished in the attack but the sacrifice they made was not forgotten and they where immortalised in stone.
For a time a small chapel of sorts was built overlooking the statues which paid homage to the two fallen heroes. But sadly it wasn't long before it was abandoned, dismantled, and sold on by would-be entrepreneurs. But still to this day the two warriors stand silently watching over the road, keeping each other company."
