A greeco-roman bathhouse, with several variants magical or otherwise! Perfect for the nicer places in town, or for horrific visions and prophecies in the case of the bloodbath variant. I've also been told by fans of mine that it's good for the bathhouse featured in the Tomb of Annihilation campaign.
This map is accurate to roman architecture to the best of my knowledge with the possible exception of the saunas, whose functions in the SPQR differ somewhat from the norwegian saunas that are better-known today. A full labeled map detailing every room's function is attached to the preview images so that the function of each chamber shall be made obvious.
Two different sections of the bathhouse are provided, split by a servant's chambers for maintaining the furnace heat that supplies the hypocausts underneath the dual tepidariums. If you were to go by the plans I based this off of - the Roman baths in Pompeii - the upper chambers and pools would be for the men, and the lower pools for the women, but of course, you could split the difference however you please.
