The Talachrite Mines is a combination pack. It comes with a huge collection of tokens, including 16 Orcs, 5 Trolls, and 24 Ogres. There are also 11 battle maps, several assets, pregenerated NPCs, some original magic items, a couple of new creatures, and a complete adventure to use all of your new goodies in. The Talachrite Mines is an adventure optimized for 3-5 characters of levels 4-7, but it can easily be scaled for other options by adjusting the strength and numbers of the antagonists. Playing time is approximately 12 hours.
The characters have just successfully completed a lucrative job and are visiting the famous Knight Cap Inn for a week of relaxation and spending their hard earned gold. Sadly, after a night of drunken debauchery, they find they have been robbed. The apprentice to an infamous Archmage has offered them a paying job, and in return, the Archmage will locate their lost items and gold. Since they can't even afford to pay their bill at the inn, they are roped into a trip to the abandoned and collapsed talachrite mines to obtain the mineral for Archmage Findell, The Far Reaching. After a dozen years without use, the party will find that nature abhors a vacuum. They will encounter all kinds of people and creatures, some classics, and some brand new, as they try to reach the mines and return with the prize. In this adventure, you never know who you can trust. Your players will love the attention to detail, and how the story comes full circle.
