Cattle Creek, AZ, 1867. The young and ambitious mining crew of Lopez & Cube have found an untouched and abundant copper source in the mountain range looming over the small desert town. During their excavation of the mountain her crew stumbles across a disturbing discovery; an ancient temple home to monstrous snakes! With the help of Dr. Steven Stoltz and the mysterious man new to town, Jim Serone, the crew will have to find a way to protect the town and it’s residents from these big snakes, and fast!

Big Snakes 8: Snakes at High Noon is the first quick start adventure designed using the Collateral Damage ruleset with a run-time of 1.5-3 hours (depending on the player count).

The quick start has gotten rid of the game set-up stages of Collateral Damage, allowing the SM and their players to get to the table and start playing. This is done by pre-generating all story rolls, ie: setting, genre and major events, as well as offering four pre-generated character sheets for the game session. These character sheets consist of character class, mentality, flaw, starting stat totals (which include the specific character class stat adjustments found in the core rulebook) and finally relationship prompts for the players to use to start the game.
