I was tired of looking for token marker sets that depicted different things how I wanted, so my buddy Travis helped me make some new ones. (Travis is the skeleton.) This set includes 5e conditions, Pathfinder 2e conditions, and a handful of extra ones I've wanted made in more niche situations. If something is missing, be sure to let me know and we'll add them to the set!
These tokens are the 512x512 version, but the lower resolution version may look cleaner if you have a lower resolution screen.
