Caseron Tionalin used a large portion of his wealth to build a manor in the nearby forest. The location of the manor has been kept secret. Even during its construction, he used teleport spells to transport the builders to the site and back to the city.

Rumors fueled by local builders have spread throughout the city. Questions and theories about the very elaborately built manor, its odd design, and what its purpose may serve are common gossip among the locals.

This fifth edition adventure is designed for a party of 4-5 PCs of 5th to 6th level. The adventure can begin in any city location.

This module includes:
