Twenty years ago, Laurence Brannigan was a client of the thieves’ guild. He commissioned the theft of many rare objects. However after a job went wrong, he betrayed the guild which led to the lifetime imprisonment of the guild master.
Twenty years later, Laurence has become a wealthy man. He has a great collection of magnificent objects that he displays in his Museum of Magnificence. He recently acquired an incredibly valuable object, The Aurora Crown. The crown will be displayed during a party at the museum.
The thieves’ guild members have been planning their revenge for twenty years. With the help of an inside man, they have gathered enough information to attempt a heist.
The adventurers are associates or members of the thieves’ guild and are hired to steal the Aurora Crown.
The adventure takes place during two moments, the Day of Deception, and the Night of the Heist.
During the Day of Deception, the adventurers will join an upper class party in the Museum. They will have to successfully impersonate a member of high society.

The second part of the adventure takes place at night. During the Night of the Heist, the adventurers will have to execute their plan, with the help of some magical gadgets.
If the heist is going too perfect, you can increase the tension with one of the random events that can take place during the night.
