How do these tattoos work? As products of flesh alchemy, tattoo arcanima scale off a character's level and their Constitution score. Classified not as magic items or feats, but as charms, all two hundred tattoos are balanced with one another, regardless of curse or reagent. (NOTE: Because of Roll20's hard-coded system, the tattoos are classified as items, because they could not be classified as Charms.)
How To Access Your Content
Compendium Expansion: All Tattoos are found in the Item section of the Compendium Tab. You can drag these directly onto a character sheet, or onto the canvas to access the rules via the journal tab.
Add-on: Add to an Existing Game: From your game’s Game Details page, expand the Game Addons section. Then, select the “Tattoo Arcanima” add-on from the list or search by name. Click the “Add to Game” button. This will install the entire book into your existing campaign, including all of the rules inside the journal tab.
