Alchemy Lab. The Alchemy Lab contains a few different workstations, but is dominated by a giant cauldron in the centre of the floor.
Scrying Pool. A wellspring of powerful divination magic and tranquility, these enchanted pools provide a place to relax and focus one's magical energies. A variant is included without the flying fish.
Lecture Hall. Many magical lessons can take place throughout a wizard's tower, but we realised we had always been lacking in something approaching a classroom! This lecture hall provides an open space for social or combat encounters in a more traditional classroom setting!
MAD Science. Not all of the experiments taking place in this tower are strictly arcane, some of the practitioners have delved more into the little-understood practices of science and lightning. The MAD Science lab sees several experimental patchwork corpses awaiting assembly, whilst huge tesla coils and a mysterious new power source funnel energy towards an operating table.
Dragon Hatchery. Strange and magical creatures are cared for and raised in some wizard's towers, and none are more magical and famous as dragons. The dragon hatchery contains a number of magically warded incubators, where dragon eggs are painstakingly brought to the hatch under the careful eye of keepers, whilst magically-charged heat is carried to and from the incubators via overhead pipes.
Archmage's Suite. Whilst our original Endless Wizard's Tower maps did contain some bedrooms, they were smaller and more modest - appropriate for students and trainees. The Archmage's suite is an entire floor of lavish decorations and home comforts for a mighty magician. The Archmage's Suite includes a bedroom, teleportation circle, private library, and even contains a spot dedicated to the pondering of one's orb.
Child's Bedroom. This colourful children's bedroom provides a safe sanctuary and place to rest within the wizard's tower. Bright streamers stretch out overhead, a castle backdrop provides a huge play area or the scene of a performance, and a giant and unsettling doll whispers aberrant whispers to lull those near it into an endless slumber. Wait, what?
Blood Ritual. Blood Magic is one of the most profane and secretive forms of magick, and the practicioner who resided in this tower intended to unravel every secret of the dark art. This most profane altar of blood shows an ever-leering skull glaring down, as a blood-spattered altar waits for a new offering to be led over from the rusty cage nearby. Are your characters here to prevent the ritual? or are they looking to indulge their Dark Urges and perform the ritual of blood for themselves?
The Hive. Whether it's royal jelly for arcane components, or honey for mana-infused teas, every witch or warlock worth their salt knows the benefits of keeping a hive of magical insects to produce, pollinate, and protect their tower. This floor is no exception - a small patch of enchanted fungus provides nourishment for the insects, and an open balcony allows them to travel out to the surrounding forests! Variants of this floor are included with/without a cluster of dead wasps/bees.
Serpent Shrine. A spiritual sanctum within the tower, or a place to train and hone one's martial skills? The Serpent Shrine is dominated by an enormous golden snake statue, and a staggered series of overflowing fountains and flowerbeds. A series of powerful weapons, or recovered artefacts, fill the display cases surrounding the chamber.
Spider's Silk. What wizard is complete without their magical and resplendent robes? And such robes should always be made from obscure and unusual sources; the owner of this tower is no different! A massive enclosure contains a giant spider, who diligently spins enchanted silk day and night ready to be harvested and fashioned into magical cloth. Not a fan of spiders? Fear not - we've included a variant that has the webslinger out for lunch!
Beastiary. Many magical practitioners end up amassing a varied menagerie of magical creatures, or make a lot of enemies and need to keep some unwilling houseguests occasionally! The beastiary provides an open area full of fairly comfortable cages where beasts or burglars can be housed, under the dutiful gaze of an observation platform or study area.
Golem Forge. A magical and ever-burning forge toils away day and night, as enchanted tools busy themselves with the business of assembling defensive golems to protect the tower.
Vault. Every wizard has wizardly wares they're wary of falling into the wrong hands, and so they often take precautions to prevent this from happening. The vault is a series of high-security locked chambers, observation stations, and warded corridors to keep your most precious McGuffins locked behind challenging doors.
Trophy Room. Looking for somewhere to display mementos and conquests of the fabulous creatures you've mercilessly slaughtered? Did your Barbarian actually manage to harvest the purple worm toxin gland without cutting it to shreds this time? The Trophy Room is a gallery of stuffed monsters and mounted creature heads, allowing your players to reflect on their great deeds. Alternatively, it's a gallery of formerly dead creatures that could reanimate and strike at foolish thieves!
