Whether you’re role-playing in a grim dark sci-fi universe or a space-fantasy setting, these savage pirates are here to take your stuff and slit your throat.
The officer stared at the scanner in disbelief, squinting her eyes as if focusing on the data would somehow change it. -Sir, the enemy space-ship is on a collision course! It’s picking up speed. It’s going to slam right into us!
-Brace for impact!- The captain’s yelled orders were transmitted over every on-board communications system!
The titanic clash shook the entire frigate. Many of the crewmen who managed to strap themselves near their posts got whiplash from the crash. Those of the crew lucky enough to only be equipped with magnetic boots suffered the worst as their ankles snapped. On the bridge, a few of the junior officers were tossed about like ragdolls.
-Status report! -The captain demanded
-We have invaders boarding on levels 21 to -Her words were cut off as the emergency blast doors to the bridge exploded and crude flash-bombs were casually tossed in by a massive green hand. Moments later a herd of small monsters: all teeth and aggression, descended upon the bridge crew. Growling and biting.
In walked a massive green beast dressed in a shabby navy blue over-coat and an ostentatious bicorn hat decorated with an exotic pink-and-orange bird’s feather. The smiling Ork Pirate lord held an enormous weapon and from a rack on his back hung an array of trophies and symbols like signs made of jagged metal.
-Arrg! Yee scurvy dogs refused ta communikate wif me earlier. So I came ‘ere ta speek to yas in person.- The monster said in broken imperial common.- Ye see, I’ve been kontrakted by one of yez “Rogue Traders” ta look fer a specific ship in deez ere parts and take its cargo. If’n yed helped direkt me earlier I’d have taken me fleet and been on me merry way but yeez was rude so now I’m gonna take yer cargo and a good portion of yer krew fer me ransom! Yez got too opshuns. Pay or Die. Ya Savvy?”
This token set contains the Pirate Ork Crew a fearsome force of mercenary green aliens who sell their services as raiders and pillagers to whoever is willing to pay the most.
This pack contains:
- Villainous character
- Vicious bosses
- Excitable thugs
- Cruel Animals
- An arsenal of weapons
- Da Land Boat!
This pack started as a bit of a joke. I’ve been working on it for quite a while. Each ork pirate is completely unique and they have a decidedly “ranged righter” theme although any ork can give twice as good as it gets in an up close and personal fight if they have to. They are unorthodox in their tactics as they tend to not only play it safe (for orks) but also play it cunning. The pirate captain often sends weaker goblins up front and biting monsters with bombs strapped to their backs to distract and harass the enemy, while he and the lads with the super-guns fire and chuck bombs from behind cover.
