The red mesas of Mawghul Crags sprawl for acres and acres under the blighted sun. Here and there, hidden from the searing rays by the frail shadow of a nearby cliff, puddles of water form miniature oases upon which plant life manages to subsist. From time to time, a thirsty beast that lost its way in the ravine would approach one of these pools to drink. This turned the canyon into a hunting ground for many predators, laying in ambush among the rocks, clinging to the cliff face or hidden in the larger cracks. Be mindful of your surroundings when you travel through Mawghul Mesas!
