Despite the warnings of the locals, our heroes decided to take a shortcut through the forest that connects two important cities. Along the way, eerie lights caught their attention, and moved by curiosity, they decided to investigate their origin.

Upon arriving at the location, they found themselves facing a gigantic tree from which the mysterious green lights emanated. Its face was carved into the bark, with eyes that shimmered with an unsettling light and a mouth that seemed to form a mocking smile. On either side of the trunk, two gigantic wooden hands rose, ready to trap those who dared to defy the tree.

This tree has been known to ask favors of travelers who venture into the forest. It offers treasures and riches hidden within its interior in exchange for certain tasks or missions to be carried out in its name. However, those who accept its requests must be careful, as the tree does not tolerate failure. If a task is not fulfilled as agreed, the tree will curse the responsible ones, trapping them with its gigantic wooden hands and condemning them to a life of suffering under its malignant influence.

However, being such an ancient tree, it is also a being of great wisdom and knowledge of the great events of the past, some of which remain a mystery to many. As part of its rewards, it can sometimes answer difficult questions, providing travelers with information that could be useful in their journeys.
