Long ago there was a terrible war between all manner of powerful creatures and peoples. So much about that conflict has been lost to time, though some remnants remain. The Giant's March is one such mark that stands out.
Massive, petrified giants stand as statues, ever ready to take their next step forward. Lava endlessly flows down from an equally massive nearby volcano, making this particular area quite dangerous. Yet, in spite of the danger, some travelers have set up small shrines to their respective deities, and often make pilgrimages to and through this area.
